Route 1 - Through Conwy Arch Way
From the A55, take either junction 17 (from west) or 18 (from east) into Conwy. At the mini-roundabout besides the castle, take the B5106 Llanrwst Road and continue along this for approximately 3 miles. Turn right by the Groes Hotel signposted Rowen and continue for a further mile to Rowen. Continue up the village .After a short distance you will see the Ty Gwyn pub on the right. Turn right immediately between the pub and white double gates down the short lane besides the telephone box (please do not go further up the village than the pub as it’s not suitable for caravans) continue to the end of lane and follow farm track through the fields to arrive at Cefn Cae Camping Site.
Route 2- Along A470
From A55 take junction 19 exit, Betws y Coed at round about take 1st exit for A470 Betws y coed/ Llanrwst after a few miles you will see Bodnant food centre and within a few yards you will see a derelict building and a sign for Tal y Cafn Station turn right here, go over bridge and continue on road until you get to a t junction on hill turn right on B5106 towards Conwy and continue two miles you will go down a hill and will see a pub The Groes inn and a sign post Rowen turn left here and continue into the village (1 1/2miles. After a short distance you will see the Ty Gwyn Hotel on the right. Turn right as if you’re going to the pub’s car park, down the short lane besides the telephone box (please do not drive any further than the Pub as it is unsuitable for caravans) continue to the end of the lane and continue onto field along farm track about (150 yards) to arrive at Cefn Cae Camping Site.
